Biography
Phil Poynter is a British born renowned photographer and filmmaker known for his raw, emotive style and his ability to capture intimate moments in his photographs.
Poynter’s work has been prominently featured in prestigious fashion publications such as Love Magazine, W Magazine, Esquire, Vanity Fair and numerous editions of Vogue. His striking images have been central to countless fashion editorials, Epic campaigns, and advertisements, showcasing his ability to merge boldness with creativity.
In the early 1990’s, Poynter played a critical role in the launch of the influential fashion and culture magazine Dazed & Confused. As a founding member of the magazine’s creative team, he significantly influenced its visual style, capturing the essence of the underground London scene and introducing a wave of new talent to the world.
